VeriCure monitors cure temperature continuously along the full length of a cured-in-place pipe during installation, distinguishing small thermal variances in zones as small as 1.5'. This information helps ensure storm and sewer lines are rehabilitated to spec, and perform as intended.
Janssen Process addresses the cause of lateral connection and mainline failure: inadequate bedding and support. Fast-curing resins are injected through cracks and joints into surrounding cavities, creating bedding that eliminates roots, infiltration and voids—all without plugging or digging.
Delivering up to 1.9 hp cutting power, the air-driven PC200 makes quick work of lateral reinstatement. For optimum range and precision, its arm articulates on four axes, each proportionally controlled with encoder feedback to remember any cutting position.
The Micro makes cuts as far as 100' inside laterals 3–10". Remote-inflated air bladders allow self-positioning of the cutting head; clamp the arm for precision; and enable cutting feeds of 4". With joystick-controlled articulation, it maneuvers through 90-deg bends in 4" lines.
